General Job Summary:
This is a full-time position located on the Emmetsburg Campus. Primary responsibilities include leading initiatives and projects that create robust partnerships with regional K-12 school districts, businesses, industries, organizations, and other community partners in order to enhance project-based learning, work experiences aligned with industry-recognized credentials, student learner programs, career exploration, pre-apprenticeships, apprenticeships, and internships. Some evening and weekend duties required; moderate regional and state travel required. Required to utilize personal vehicle for some travel. Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record and provide proof of insurance. Will require flexible hours including weekend and evenings and moderate travel.
Employment with Iowa Lakes Community College is dependent upon successful passage of a criminal background check. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with two years of demonstrated successful, relevant experience in areas such as education, communications, business and/or project management, or program and resource development.
Salary: $22.12 per hour
